25% DEAL - LONG TERM AGREEMENT

BARCELONA DREAM APARTMENTS manages your apartment for more than 3 months.

We take care of advertising the apartment looking for short term tenants.

We manage all reservations, handle all previous communication with guests, do check-in and check-outs and organize cleaning.

We provide cleaning supplies and other basic elements the client will need during their stay.

We deal with any incident and the whole apartment's maintanance.

As the owner, you receive 75% of all generated income.

You get paid every time there's a reservation (most frequently, that is on a weekly basis).

30% DEAL - SHORT TERM AGREEMENT

BARCELONA DREAM APARTMENTS manages your apartment for a period from 2 weeks to 3 months.

We take care of advertising the apartment looking for short term tenants.

We manage all reservations, handle all previous communication with guests, do check-in and check-outs and organize cleaning.

As the owner, you receive 70% of all generated income.

You get paid every time there's a reservation (most frequently, that is on a weekly basis).

We work on commission from the generated income. Every time you get paid from a reservation, we get a percentage of either 25% or 30%, depending on the deal you choose.

Do you own an apartment and would like to rent it to tennants for periods greather than 1 month?

10% COMMISSION

We advertise the apartment.

We schedule apartment visits and show the apartment to potential tennants.

We perform a good tennant screening.

We handle all paperwork and contract signing.

You get paid every month by the tennant.

We work on commission from the monthly income you receive from the tennants. We charge 10% of the rent you receive each month.

We advice on the purchase and find apartments within your budget and characteristics.

We look for high return investments that will generate income for you.

We visit all the apartments ourselves.

Your presence is only required on the signature day at the notary office. That isafter the apartment has been secured for you through a first “arras” contract.

We negotiate with the sellers and agents to get you the best deal.

We walk you through the process to help you get all the documents you need.

We handle all the paperwork generated by the purchase.

We can provide a lawyer to supervise all legal aspects of the purchase.

We can provide a technical architect to check the building’s conditions.

As a service fee, we charge a percentage from the purchase you make. We take 1.5% of the price you pay for the asset you buy.
